Web trends now
shows you the online zeitgeist,
the hot trends in the webiverse that you need to know to stay in the loop. The top trending searches
courtesy of google are updated hourly (UK data updates less frequently) and we then run a google search with those phrases to bring you the
websites that people are most likely to be looking at.
Why do we do this?
Partly for fun, mainly as a research project, but also to showcase our fast web thumbnails service called Siteglancer.
www.siteglancer.com is a super fast and flexible web thumbnail generator that runs in Amazon's computing
cloud so we can scale up for handling millions of thumbnails every day.
